Question :
Qabrun ki ziarat, mazarun sy wasila lny aur (charhawy k tour pr) wahan maal aur dunby wagra ly jany ka kia hukam jai? Jesa k(log Soudan mai) Sayd-ul-Badvi,(Iraq mai)saydina Hussain Bin Ali R.A aur (misar mai) syda Zainab R.A ki Qabor(per karty) hain. Jwb sy mustafeed frmyn, Allah apk ilm mai Barkat dy.(ameen)

Answer :
Ziarat Qaboor ki 2 kismyn hyn.in mai aik Ahl-e-qabor per RaheM-o-shafqat kerny,in ky Haq mai Dua krny,mout ko yaad krny aur Akhrat
ki tiyari ky Aitbaar sy jaiz bhi hai aur matlub bhi Q k Rasool (S.AW) ka farman hai:

"Qabron ki ziarat kiya karo Qk woh tumhy mout ki yaad dilati hain"
sahi muslim' hadis:(108)-976'wa jamia Al taramzi' hadis:1054.
jab k Jamia Taramzi ki riwayat mai hai:"woh tumhy Akhrat ki yaad dilati hain"
App (S.A.W) khud bhi Qabron ki ziarat kia karty thy aur issi tarhan App k Sahaba Karam Aazi Allah Anhum bhi. Yeh Qism mardun k liye
khas ha Aurtun k liye nahi.
Jahan tak aurton ka ta'aluk hai tou in k liye qabron ki ziaratjaiz nahi balky inhen is kam sy manaa karna zarori hai.Qk Rasool (S.A.W) sy yeh hukum sabit hai k App(S.A.W) ny qabrun ki (kasrat k sath) ziarat karny wali aurton per la'anat farmae hai,naiz is k liye bhi kyziarat qabor k wqt in ki be-sabri aur Ahh-o-fagaah ki kasrat k baees, jo amoman in per galib aajati hai, fitnaah berpaa huny ki wjah sy dosoon ky fitnaah mai parny ka emkaan hota hai.
Ebtada-e-Islam mai Rasool (S.A.W) ny Qabron ki ziarat sy mana farmaya tha, phir jab musalmano k aqaed pukhta hugaye aur Islami ta'alimat in ky Emaan ka lazmi juz ban gayee tou inhen ziarat-e-qabor ki ejzat dy di gaye jesa ky mazkurabala sahi muslim ki riwayat mai mazkur hai. is hadis aur is jesi digar ahadis ki bina per zahur aulama-e-karam ny aurton k liye qabron ki ziarat ko jaiz qarar diya hai, bashart-e-yh k aurtey qabrustan ja kr jza'a fza'a,nouha,wavilaa aur gair sharee harkat ki murtakib na houn. Qk ziarat qabor ka jo maqsad ahadis mai biyaan huwa hai woh yah hai k Akhrat ko yad kia jaye, iss sy dil naram hujata hai,ankhun sy ansoo behty hain aur foot shudgaan k liye dua-e-magfart hujati hai

ziarat qabor k jawaz ki aik hadis mai hai k Rasool (S.A.W) ny aik aurat ko qabar k pass beth ker rowty huway dekha tou yooh farmaya:

"Allah sy daro aur sabar karo" [sahi Al-bukhari, hadis:1283' wa sahi muslim' hadis:(15)-926.]
Is liye aurtun k liye ziarat-e-qabor sy muma'anat wli ahadis ya tou sanadan zaeef hain ya sahi sabit huny ki sorat mai inka ta'aluq un aurton sy huga jo kasrat k sath qabron ki ziarat karti hain aur jo qabrustan ja ker gair sharaee amoor ki murtakib hoti hain, degar aurton ko iski ejazat hogi Qk aurton ko bhi akhrat ki tazkeer ki itni hi zrorat hai jitni mardon ko,elawah azei hadis mai Zw'warat-il-Qaboor k ilfaz aye hain, yani kasrat k sath qabron ki ziarat karny waliyun per la'anat ai hai, lehaza aurton ka ba-kasrat Qabrustan jana darust nahi Qk us sy auraton ka gair sharee amoor mai shareek huny ka rasta khulta hai jesa k ajj kal mazarat aur qabor per hu rha hai. aesi aurton per Rasool(S.A.W) ny la'anat farmae hai. [ jamia-al-taramzi, hadis:320' Wa Allah'hu A'alam.( tafsil k liye dekhiye, ahkamul janaez lilemamul albanii Rahmat-ul-Allah'Suaad:229)]
Issi tarhaan inka qabrustaan tk janazun k pechy jana bhi najaiz hai Qk sahi hadis mai Hzrat Ume Atiyaah(R.A) sy marvi hai:

"humay janazun k pechy chalny sy manaah kiya gaya hai lekn takeed aur sakhti sy manaah nahi kiya gaya."
sahi albukhari' hadis:1278' wa sahi muslim' hadis:(35)-938.
is'sy sabit huwa k aurton ko fitnaan mai mubtala huny aur in k ba'aes dosron k fitnuun mai parny ki waja sy janazon k pechy qabrostan tak jany sy manaa kia gaya hai aur is hurmat ki asal bunyaad, Allah ta'ala ka yeh farman hai:

" tumhy jo kch dain woh ly lo(is per aamal karo) aur jis sy woh tumhy mana kr dyn us'sy ruk jau"

Taham agar janza aesi jagah mai hazir hujaye jahan per aurtyn hazir houn, Maslan: Masjid mai aurtyn namaz parhny ai hyn,phir wahan per janaza
bhi aagaya to us janzy ki adaegi mai mardun aur aurton, sab ka shamil huna jaiz hai jesa k sahi ahadis mai Rasool (s.a.w) aur sahaba karam (R.A) sy yeh bat sabit
hai. yad rahy k um-e-atiya(R.A) k is Qual "lekin humy Rasool Allah (s.a.w)taaqidan mana kia gaya"
sy aurtaon ka janazu k pechy aany ka jawaz bilkul nahi nikalta.
Qk Rasool(S.A.W) ki naahe muma'anat hi k bary mai thi aur Ume Atiya R.A. ka kehna"takedan mana nahi kia gaya"in k apny zan-o-ejtehad ki bina per hai, lehaza es k zariye sy sunnat ka koi ma'arzaah nahi husakta.
Ziarat-e-qabor ki dosri kisam badi hai aur woh yah hai k ziarat karny wala Ahl-e-Qabor sy apny liye dua aur madad talab kary ya in k naam per(janwar) zibaah kary ya in k naam ki nazzar-o-niyaaz dy.yah qate'e tour per mamnu hai aur "shirk-e-akbar" hai.hum Allah Ta'ala sy shirk sy afyat-o-salamti k khuwastgaar hain. issi sy mity julty kaam yah bhi hain k in k pass aa ker (taburrkan) dua mangy,namaz parhy ya tilawat kary. yh amaal Bida'at hai aur bilkul najaiz. aesi sari batyn
"wasaeel shirk" m sy hain. dar haqiqal ziarat qabor 2 iksaam banti hain:
Qism Awal: Jaiz: aur wo yh hai kziarat qabor, akhrat ko yad karny aur Ahl-e-qabor k haq mai karny ki khatir hu.
Qism Doum: Bida'at: aut wo yh hai k qabron k pass tilawat karna,namaz parhna aur in k pass (janwar) zibaah karna tu yh bida'at aur wasail shirk mai hai.
Qism Soum: Shirk-e-Akbar: aur wo yh hai k koi shaks qabar ki ziarat kary ta ky sahebe qbar (madfon) ki khushnudi hasil karny k liye wahan janwar zibaah kary
aur es zabihaah k zariye sy us ka taqarrub hasil karna chaheye, ya Allah Ta'ala ko chor kar is Qbar waly(murdy) sy dua mangy ya is sy madad talab kary, chahy woh madad kashaf musibat k liye hu ya dushman k muqably mai galby k liye hu. Hum Allah ta'ala sy afyat ka sawal karty hain.in tamam badi ziartun sy bachna intehai zarori hai.
naiz is mai b koi fark nahi k jis ko(madad ya dua wagaira k liye) pukara ja rha hai woh Nabi ya koi saleeh admi ya in k elawah koi aur hu.( is mamly mai kisi kam ya ziadah naik k darmiyaan koi farq nahi)chahe koi shaks Rasool (S.A.w) ki qabar k pas aa kar App sy duayn mangy aur App ko madad k liye pukary, chahe HussainR.R, shiekh-ul-badwi,shiekh Abdul Qadir jilani Rhmt ul Allah , ya kisi aur (bazurg) ki qabar k pass aa ker yah kaam kary. jesa jahil log karty hain. sub braber hai aur shirk-e-akbar hai. bus Allah hi madadgar hai.
