Answer :
Rasool Allah (S.A.W) ka irshad hai:
Mai ny aqal aur deem mai kam aur aik dana admi ki aqal ko ley jany waliyan tum sy barh ker nahi dekhen. inhuny deryaft kia: Aye Allah k RAsool ! deen aur aqal mai hamari kami kaisy hai? farmaya: kia orat ki gumrahi mard ki gumrahi k nisf k braber nahi hai? orton ny kaha: Q nahi. App ny farmaya: yh is ki aqal ki kami hai. farmaya: kia aisa nahi hai k woh doran-e-haiz namaz parhti hai na rozay rakhti hai? inhuny arz kia: jee haan, aisy hi hai. App (S.A.W) ny farmaya: yh is k deen ki kami hai.

App ny farmaya: yh is ki aqal ki kami hai. farmaya: kia aisa nahi hai k woh doran-e-haiz namaz parhti hai na rozay rakhti hai? inhuny arz kia: jee haan, aisy hi hai. App (S.A.W) ny farmaya: yh is k deen ki kami hai."

Rasool Allah (S.A.W) ny wazahet farma di hai k orat ka naqis aqal hona is ki quwwat hafza mein kami ki wajah sy hai. is ki gawahi dosri orat ki gawahi k sath mil ker mukammal hogi. is tarha is ki jahan tak is k deen mein kami ka mamla hai to woh is bina per hai k orat haiz aur nifas k doran mein namaz roza chor daiti hai. baad azaa rozo ki qaza to daiti hai jab k namaz ki qaza dainy ki mukallaf nahi. lekin yh kami qabil muwakhza nahi hai. yh kami sirf Allah Ta'ala ki shariyat ki ro sy hai aur sirf orat ki asani aur saholet k paish-e-nazar hai Qk haiz aur nifas k doran mein rozah rakhna is k liye nuqsan dah hai, lehaza rehmat bari ka taqaza huwa k woh in ayaam mein rozah rakhna chor dey. haiz k doran mein iski halat taharat sy many hoti hai to rehmat Elahi ny yahan bhi is k tark namaz ko mashro qarar dey dia aur yahi hukam nifas ka hai. phir namaz k bary mein hukam dia k is ki qaza bhi nahi hogi Qk namaz din raat mein panch baar ada kerni hoti hai, lehaza iski qaza dainy mein orat k liye bari mushaqat hai. haiz k din 7 ya 8 bhi husakty hain jab k nifas ki mudat 40 din tak bhi husakti hai to chonkey namazo ki tadad kafi ziadah hoti hai, is liye Allah Ta'ala ny es per rehmat aur ehsaan kerty huway namaz ko yakser maaf farma dia hai. na to issy ada kerygi aur na is ki qaza deygi. is sy yh lazim nahi aata k orat her aitbar sy aqal-o-deen min kam hai.
Nabi (S.A.W) ny surahat farma di hai k orat mein nuqs-e-aqal adam zabt ki bina per hai, jab k nuqs-e-deen haiz-o-nafas k doran mein namaz roza chorny ki wajah sy hai. is sy hergiz lazim nahi ata k woh her pehlo mein mard sy kam ter aur mard her aitbar sy bertar hai. haan behsiyat majmoi kai asbab ki bina per jins-e-mard jins-e-orat sy afzal hai. Jaisa k Allah Ta'ala ny farmaya:
Mard orat per hakim hain, is liye k Allah ny in mai sy aik ko dosrey per fazilat di hai aur is liye k mardo ny apny maal kherch kiye.
"Mard orat per hakim hain, is liye k Allah ny in mein sy aik ko dosrey per fazilat di hai aur is liye k mardo ny apny maal kherch kiye."
Al NIssa 4:34.
orat baaz oqaat kai cheezon mein mard per foqiyat hasil ker laiti hai, beshumar khwateen aqal, deen aur zabt mein kai mardo sy barh ker hain. Nabi (S.A.W) k irshad ki ro sy ortain mardo k muqabley mein sirf inhi 2 hasitayon sy aqal-o-deen mein kam hain.
Naik amaal, taqwa-o-taharat aur akhervi manazil k aitbar sy ortain kabhi bohat sy mardon per sabqat ley jati hain. issi tarah orton ko baaz mamlaat mein khasi dilchaspi hoti hai jis ki bina per woh kai mardo sy hifaz-o-zabt mein barh jati hain aur woh tareekh islam aur deegar bohat sy amoor mein marja'a ki hasiyat ikhtiyar ker jati hain. jo shakhs Aih-e-Nabvi aur baad ki khawateen k halaat ka bagour matala'a kery ga to is per mazkorah bala haqeqat aa shikara hujayegi.
Is sy maloom huwa k yh makhsos qism ka nuqs is per aitmad fil raviya su many nahi hai. issi tarha agar is ki gawahi dosri orat k sath mil ker mukammal hujayegi to mutabir hogi. agar orat deen mein esteqamat ka muzahira kery to woh maqam taqwa per faiz husakti hai, Allah Ta'ala k naik aur pakbaaz bando mein shamil husakti hai. agarcha haiz-o-nifas ki sorat mein is sy namaz ada-o-qaza her aitbar sy aur rozah ada k aitbar sy saqit hujata hai. to is sy yh lazim nahi ata k woh taqwa-o-taharat, deeni aur denvi mamlaat-o-faraiz ki adaigi aur deegar mamlaat mein bhi naqis aqal-o-deen hai. yh nuqs sirf aqal aur deen k khas pehloun k paish-e-nazar hai, jaisa k Nabi (S.A.W) ny iski wazahet farma di hai.
lehaza kisi momin k liye yh munasib nahi k woh her aitbar sy orat per aqal-o-deen mein kam ter huny ki tuhmat lagay. orat zaat sy insaaf kerna chaheye aur Nabi (S.A.W) k irshad ko behtreen aur khubsorat maini per mehmol kerna chaheye. (shiekh ebn baaz)
