Question :
Some teachers do not give students their full rights and fail them simply because of the teacher's emotions and feelings. What is the opinion of the Shariah concerning that?

Answer :
It is forbidden for a teacher to wrong a student and to keep him from getting what he deserves, whether it be a particular grade or advancement to the next level. When he does not give him what he deserves, he is hurting the student's interest. Instead, he must be just and fair and give everyone what they deserve.
